The workshops all a sfae, interactive space to increase their self-awareness, resilience, master their minds and build the skills they need to thrive regardless of what life throws at them.

Workshop Menu

This workshop can used at the start of the season, during the season or at the end of a season. This can help athletes to understand goal setting, how to set effective goals and the different types of goals. Athletes will leave this session with a clearly understanding of goals and have an ideas of how to set them.

This workshop explores the topic of injury and it’s impact on athletes. This can be delivered to sports teams, organisations or injury athletes. The audience will leave the sessions with practical tools that can be used during injury as well as understanding the complex nature of the psychological impact.

This workshops can be used to support the general population, those in the leisure industries and organisations to understand the barriers faced by inactive populations. This session will explore inactivity statistics, barriers to being active and tools to support increasing activity levels.

A relaxation workshops talking about the importance of relaxation and the different forms of relaxation. This workshop allows attendees to try our relaxation while understanding the benefits.
These are examples of sessions that do really well but other sessions can be designed and tailored to suit your needs. All sessions can be adapted to fit a number of audiences, this can include the general public, dancers, or support staff.
