How can I help you.

Helping people be more active is no easy task. A active lifestyle looks different for everyone. My love of exercise, ageing well and living an active lifestyle guides my work and how I navigate my work. My work involves private 1-2-1 sessions, delivering workshops and creating content all centered of getting people active.

With unique experience in exercise, I use my skills to look at the whole picture to create lasting change.

Corporate Events & Workshops

Looking to educate your organisation, small team or community group on how small changes can can support them to live better? Then I would love to hear more about the event you're putting together. I have a large body of experience in a variety of teaching environments, some of my favorite have been:

  • Delivering workshops on Motivation, discipline and for Rebuild Health CIC

  • Delivering a workshop on psychological safety in teams at Versus Arthritis

  • On the whole creating specific exercise projects for the general population to be more active

Private 1-2-1 Sessions

Who is This For? 
These sessions are best for people who are trying to build exercise into their lifestyle. Whether you are currently inactive, inconsistent with activity or just need help with your mindset 1-2-1 session provide deep support. We will explore your current lifestyle, your current and past activity levels and create a path forward.

Session Time: 45 mins per session

Description | Session Overview:

Before we start any work together, I offer a free 20 minute discovery call. This allows you to discuss your needs and see if I am the right fit for you. If you decide we are a good fit we will get started arranging sessions, times, and meeting formats. You can expect:

  1. Setting a goal and discussing your current situation

  2. To work on outlining any current challenges/ your needs.

  3. To have individual work outside of sessions to support your journey.

Content Creation


Looking for content that supports communities get more active? From Podcasts, Instgram lives or mini festivals. I can support creating content for it all

Not For Profit

Using my understanding of creating projects to increase physical activity I designed a not-for Profit called Rebuild Health CIC. It’s Core aim is to reduce health inequalities in the UK.

The Mission: To build A healthy, active and empowered future for the black community. This looks like:

  • Monthly workshops focused on topics which impact the black community and support to change habits

  • A 12 week behaviour change project

  • Connecting the community with other activity

Who we support:

  • People from the black community based in the UK

  • Those who are inactive or inconsistent with activity
