1-2-1 Sessions

1-2-1 sports psychology sessions allow you to dive deeper into issues impacting your performance. This can include self confidence, motivation or injury.

1-2-1 support is an important part of your performance journey. During sessions, I like to create a safe space to understand your performance goal, and barriers while understanding you as an athlete.

Session will be centered around your performance and need.

FAQS

  • Sessions look different depending o the needs of the client. These can be held either in person or virtually via google meet.

  • I am able to support with a number of topics. These include self confidence, injury planning, return to sport, time management and motivation.

  • 1-2-1 sessions are 50 minutes in length
