Learn to master your mind!

Hi, I’m Jodine Williams!

I’m a sports and exercise psychologist with a special interest in both the sports & exercise domain. I have experience working across sports and project managing exercise provision for the general population.

My mission has and will always be for athletes, organisations, and the general population to use psychological tools as part of their lifestyle.

Workshop, Training & Talks

Providing tailored support to enhance athletic abilities and optimize sports performance.

If you are looking for a workshop, speaker, training or panelist with experience in sports and exercise, i’d love to help. My interactive style or deliver helps foster conversation, create change and inspire.

One- to - one support

Sports & exercise psychology is becoming increasingly important and psychological skills can improve everyone’s performance. No matter your goal giving your mind an advantage can enable you to succeed.
