Hi, I’m Jodine!

I’m a HCPC registered sports and exercise psychologist with a special interest in both performance & wellbeing. I have experience working across sports and exercise provisions for the general population. Whether you're chasing gold medals or helping people build healthier lives, psychology plays a vital role

My mission has and will always be for athletes, organisations, and the general population to use psychological tools as part of their lifestyle.

One- to - one support

  • Jodine delivered a fabulous guest lecture and seminar on sport and exercise psychology to our first year undergraduate students at the University of the West of England. We will definitely have her back again.
